When the Universe Whispers: Trust the Signs, Let Go, and Listen to Your Soul

Knowingly and actively choosing a spiritual path, I’ve always been open and curious to learn more about developing and strengthening my intuition as my guide in life.
Encouraged by inspiring and influential voices in the spiritual field—and receiving both knowledge and validation to explore more deeply the idea of ‘signs’ or coincidences—I’ve become increasingly intrigued by them. I now consciously seek guidance when I need reassurance or support, finding meaning in moments others might overlook.
I believe that although our souls live within the physical realm, they remain deeply connected to the universe in ways that go far beyond our understanding. Our souls, I feel, live on forever, returning in another form—human or animal—after death.
As Tara Swart explores in her book The Signs, this aligns with my own experiences and theories: that our consciousness exists independently of our physical bodies, and that we are, at our core, living souls temporarily inhabiting a human form.

What if reincarnation is part of our evolution? How else is ancient wisdom—or even inherited tendencies—passed on, if not through souls that have lived before? Perhaps it’s all simply part of the cycle of life.
It’s no surprise that nature is one of our greatest healers. We feel most peaceful when immersed in it—our senses awaken, stress dissolves, dopamine rises. We reconnect. With ourselves. With every living thing. Everything is part of one vast, interconnected web—and we are both participants and creators within it.
I’m on a mission to release old beliefs, habits, and behaviours that no longer serve me, and over time, I’ve learned to trust my ‘guides’—those unseen energies that gently steer me in the right direction.
A reading with a psychic once revealed that I can connect with my ancestors who have passed. I often feel their presence—especially during meditation and dreams. They guide me toward places, people, and decisions that logic alone could not explain. My rational mind sometimes resists, drawing from past experiences or ingrained beliefs—but I’ve discovered that when I follow intuitive pulls, they always prove right in the end.
Time and again, I’ve spoken something aloud only to see it manifest—an experience, an opportunity, or a person appearing as if on cue. What some might call coincidence, I see as a higher consciousness at play: the universe aligning to help us uncover, learn, and grow into the best versions of ourselves.
For me, this is proof that manifestation truly exists. You simply need to be specific about what you want—and brave enough to ask.
The signs I receive are subtle—gentle nods from the universe. Blink and you might miss them. But I’ve trained myself to stay open, receptive, and tuned to new frequencies—like a radio playing the right song at the right time.
Names and initials often appear as clues—guiding me toward a situation, a chance encounter, or a reminder when I’ve lost my way. These small affirmations direct me to reflect, realign, and continue on my path. Over time, they’ve become a kind of personal code—reinforcing beliefs, reshaping thought patterns, and revealing new insights that move me closer to purpose.
For me, this journey is about overcoming my soul’s challenges and being truly seen. To feel seen is to feel aligned, heard, and connected. To feel unseen is to feel off-balance, unfulfilled, or frustrated.
So when a sign appears—whether confirming or challenging my direction—I pause to reflect. Am I on the right path, or is it time to adjust course?
One thing’s certain: I don’t yet know exactly where I’m headed. I’m still uncovering my purpose, working toward my dreams, and learning to trust the process. I’ve realised there’s no rush—only patience, presence, and perseverance.
Worthwhile things take time. Permanent change that lasts is never forced; it’s grown, step by step, and not possessed. Good things come to those who wait, after all…

So I challenge you: Go wild. Speak your desires aloud. Ask for guidance and then wait. Trust. Surrender. Don’t overthink.
We’re conditioned to rationalise—to “see before we believe.” But what if belief comes first? What if faith, curiosity, and courage are the missing pieces?
Maybe your dream life is closer than you realise. What have you got to lose?
Sending love, and living organically.
